⛵ Bella Luna has a private, first-class floating marina that you have access to fish and can tie up your boat up to 5 days on A-Dock on a first come first serve basis. This is ideal for boat owners who want the convenience of keeping their vessel right where they're staying. Unit 201 does not have a designated boat slip but please inquire as we have a few we rent based on availability.

📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🆔 They must sign in at front desk and ID must match name on Rental Agreement and Check in Instructions.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."

While the condo itself offers wonderful amenities like multiple pools, a fitness center, and even a marina, you might want to explore what Orange Beach has to offer outside the complex.

If you're looking for a casual stroll, you're in luck!
The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and even the famous Flora-Bama.

🚲 Biking:
Orange Beach is a bike-friendly community with designated bike lanes on many roads. You can rent bikes from a nearby shop and explore the area at your own pace:
